Chef Terence Braxton, Proprietor
Culinary Director, Instructor and a graduate of the American Culinary Federation’s approved Chef’s Apprenticeship Program, Chef Terence Braxton has has worked and trained with many prominent chefs and other food service personnel. Chef Braxton has worked for companies that range from fine dining establishments such as world renowned The Inn at Little Washington, near our nation’s capital to corporate cafeterias and retail enterprises which include the Marshall Field’s stores in Chicago and Sysco Foodservices of Central California. He has also traveled to England to observe the techniques used in traditional and classical European kitchens. Chef Braxton was a finalist for the Icelandic Seafood Recipe Contest in 2007. He is currently a member and certified as an instructor through the Culinary Business Academy.

Paula Braxton, Proprietor
Registrar, Office Manager and Resident Photographer, Paula has been involved in education for many years as an administrative assistant, classroom assistant, and librarian. She is our coordinator for curriculum design, menu consultations, and client services.
